Customers and drivers can easily register from the application using their mobile number and OTP verification, and they can also log in using their mobile number and password. We used the Twilio SMS gateway for this OTP verification.

The dispatch panel will assist the administrator/dispatcher in creating a trip on behalf of any registered or unregistered passengers. The panel allows dispatchers to create requests for any user who wants to book a ride.
They can book the ride after entering all of the necessary information such as their name, phone number, and so on. On the page, we can see all of our options, such as create a trip, pending trip, ongoing trip, completed trip, and so on.
The bird's eye view is a fantastic feature. From the admin panel, the administrator can view and track the real-time location of all vehicles, as well as their online and offline status.
The commercial module functions as a delivery trip and as a logistic service. This option is available to any customer who wishes to send goods. Allow for the selection of commercial vehicles in the application.
There are two sub trips namely one way trip and rounded trip in this delivery trip module.

One of the most popular features of the taxi app is the SOS option. If a customer is travelling and does not feel comfortable or safe, they can use this option on that emergency situation.
Under the SOS page, customers can add multiple contacts. With a single click, all contacts can receive an SMS with the customer's current location. We used the Twilio SMS gateway for this sms.
Every driver has a variety of vehicles, such as hatchback sedans, SUVs, and so on. So, from the admin panel, we've given the driver several vehicle type options.
The driver can easily choose that and receive a booking based on the vehicle. It will also benefit the customer because they will be able to choose a vehicle based on the number of passengers.
One of the most important features in this app is the Responsibility Privilege Module.
Sub admins can be created by the administrator to track/maintain the trips module, the earnings module, and so on. It will assist in delegating work to employees/dispatchers/sub admins who do not have full access to the super admin panel.We can restrict and grant access to whatever we want.
It will not like frequent users who must search for pickup and drop-off locations every time. We have a favorite location and will add an option for both pickup and drop. As a result, a repeat customer going to the same location can easily select an existing saved destination.
Customers use daily trips as one of the most common trip types. It will be used by frequent local travelers to reduce distances. Customers benefit from increased vehicle availability, while drivers benefit from increased bookings.
The rental trip is another trip type in our application in which the customer chooses the vehicle for rent based on the rental package. Different packages for this type may be managed by the administrator for the specific KM and time, as well as displayed to the customers.
If the user prefers an outstation ride, they can choose the outstation Trip. There are both one-way and round-trip options available. Long-distance travellers can also book through this app.
The majority of customers prefer a discount option for their trips. It will also help to attract more customers.
We have a promo code option with some restrictions on redemption. Admin can issue promo codes to everyone or just a specific customer. If a customer enters a promo code while making a reservation, the discount is calculated automatically.
If a customer wishes to tip the drivers, that option is also available in our application. Customers can tip drivers in the middle of the journey. After the trip, this tip will be added to the driver's wallet. Admin received no commission on this tip amount.
It will increase drivers' desire to make more bookings through our app. As a result, the customer benefits from increased vehicle availability and good driver behavior.
There is a customer support module where customers can get assistance with their trips. They can also file a complaint using this module. This will assist the administrator in receiving customer inquiries.
In our application, there is a chat option. Customers and drivers can communicate with one another via the app.
This chat will be useful when a customer is unable to speak with a driver and requires status information. We used Firebase for this chat. As a result, both can receive it right away.
Both the customer and the driver have the option of using a wallet. Where they can deposit money using online payment methods and use it later. Customers can use this wallet to pay for their trips, and drivers can use it to receive payments.
Admin can create zones from the admin interface by selecting the polygon option. This will help to limit the number of available locations for the services. Customers can also check to see if this app service is available in their area. It also assists drivers in obtaining more bookings from specific regions.
The heat map will aid in understanding the surge concept. The driver can easily see the area with the most booking requests from their application. As a result, they can relocate their waiting areas to the busiest areas.
Our application includes a multi-country option, so this solution can be applied to any country on the world. We can create a country with its details from the admin panel.
